Best wishes for 2012 from Cumulus President Guellerin

« There is no other crisis than the one of our imagination » and the world flickering  on all its foundations of sense, where our values have  never had as much need of imagination and creation in order to reflect in a positive way on what tomorrow will be.

There has never ever been as much need for designers and creative people as it is now. We live in troublesome exalting times in which the industrial economy must reassess its paradigms. It is time to go from ‘Made in’ to ‘Designed by’ in order to recover a bit of humanity in the world without any marks. 

2012 is the year of design in Helsinki, in Santiago and everywhere else.

I wish all the members of Cumulus to continue our work for education and research in design and creation.  I wish you all Creativity, Self-fulfillment and Happiness!
