International Project Manager

The Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique is seeking to recruit an International Project Manager to work alongside the Director of the school

Main duties will include:
-Preparing speeches for the Director in English (writing, development of communication tools, promotion etc)
-Managing the logistics of the Director's international activities, including travel arrangements and administrative duties
-Working with the Communications Department to promote the activities of the Director via press releases, social networks and contact with institutions.
-Monitoring the work of international institutions (e.g UNESCO, UN, EU) and international networks.

Requirements of the post:
-A Masters Degree in Communications or a more general subject such as Politics and/or Journalism.
-An excellent level of written and spoken English
-Experience in journalism or public relations
-Knowledge of new economy communication tools such as social networks, Twitter, Facebook etc
-Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and conference software such as Powerpoint

Occasional international travel may be required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise

Contract:

Full-time permanent contract. Position available from March/April 2012
