CUMULUS Competition 2009 Design Inspiring Humanism – TOP 20 group announced

Cumulus Association and Tongji University, Shanghai, China invited students of design, architecture and media to take part in the Design*Inspiring*Humanism 2009 Cumulus International Design Competition for the Earthquake Disaster Relief.

In total, 436 applications were sent for the competition, of which 230 included works. As the result of the first review round, 108 pieces (91 pieces from China and 17 from overseas) were nominated for the second round.

The main prices for the competition are:

One Golden Selection: prize of 50,000 RMB , certificate and remembrance

Two Silver Selections: prize of 10,000 RMB , certificate and remembrance

Five Copper Selections: prize of 3,000 RMB , certificate and remembrance

Twelve Honorable Mentions: Certificate and remembrance
