Summary

Mission

Isia is a modern school projected towards innovation and, over the years, its quality has been confirmed by numerous acknowledgements especially at an international level. The teaching is based on experimentacharacterised by practical experience in the laboratory.

International role

ISIA is partner of the the creative partnership network ‘artesnet Europe’ which is a Europe-wide ‘community of practice’, connecting practitioners from the creative/cultural sector, teaching staff from art schools, educators, and artistic researchers from almost all EU-countries, Iceland, Norway, and Turkey.

National role

The ISIA network in Italy consists of four Institutes based in Florence, Rome, Faenza and Urbino. ISIA is part of the Florentiner local system of higher education with the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence and the Academy of Music
of Florence "Luigi Cherubini".
ISIA is member of the Verona Opera Academy.
