The General Assembly gathers once a year, usually during the spring conference. The next meeting will take place in May 2010 in Genk, Belgium.
Each member institution sends one authorised participant to the meeting, e.g. the rector, who will represent the whole institution. This person uses the right to vote if needed. Registration in advance is necessary, and only the pre-registered participant will be allowed in the meeting. Registration is arranged either in connection with the conference registration or by a separate call.
The General Assembly meeting is a very useful event to share knowledge and opinions of issues brought to the agenda.
What do the Statutes of Cumulus say about the General Assembly? Please read more in Statutes, section 9.
The memorandums of the General Assembly are available for Cumulus members. Please contact the Cumulus secretariat. |
