An
exciting cross sector creative partnership design challenge event organised at
the National College of Art and Design in Dublin.
The event focuses on finding viable solutions to social responsibility issues
through design. We have invited 7 excellent international experts to introduce
six themes and related challenges to a group of 50 cross sector participants. Six
multidisciplinary teams will then spend 24 hours developing solutions to significant
design sustainability problems. The objective is to open a conversation, focus
on the key issues, and create a small number of intercollegiate, industry and
community based research clusters. Clusters who are willing to take the best
ideas forward after the event through funded research projects.
