Which documents are needed (associate membership)?

How to proceed?

1. Application

- Please fill in the on-line application form and submit.

- Please fill in the endorsement letter, see templates (We accept both address versions, please notice that School of Art and Design is named School of Arts, Design and Architecture since January 2012).

How to submit documents?

- All documents should be submitted before the deadline of January 27, 2012.

- Application form is only accepted as submitted on-line.

- Endorsement letter should be signed and if possible, stamped. To be submitted as an original hard copy by post. Close to the deadline it is possible to send a fax or scan of the document and a hard copy afterwards.

Presence at the General Assembly?

Unlike full member applicants, associate member applicants do not have an obligation to be present at the Cumulus conference with a General Assembly of the year of application. However, also associate member applicants are most welcome to take advantage of this joint event to present themselves to the old members! Please inform the Secretariat if you wish to join!

 

Costs

The application process is free of charge.

An invoice of the membership of the ongoing year (in full) will be sent to the new members after the General Assembly. The membership fee of 2012 is 1.500-5.000€ per institution depending on the type of your institution. The General Assembly makes a decision of the amount of the fee yearly.
