Mission
The Lebanese American University, which was founded by the Presbyterian Church, USA, in 1924, is a multi-campus University, which shares the spiritual concerns of its Christian founders in the search of God's living truth. It offers strong liberal arts education with professional and career-oriented curricula at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Its objective is to serve the educational needs of Lebanon and the Middle East by been a community that is intellectually stimulating and responsive to the dynamics of its environment.
