BEDA Open Doors Dialogues for Cumulus Members!
On 23rd February 2021 at 17:00—18:30 CET (90 min), BEDA (The Bureau of European Design Association) will be holding a BEDA Wide Open Doors and welcome members of the global design education network Cumulus and their Secretary General Eija Salmi to join for an exchange of views and inputs on the New European Bauhaus.
BEDA Open Doors is an ongoing series of dialogues open to all BEDA Members that started at the end of March 2020. The dialogues are held at the same time on Tuesdays every other week and will continue for as long as they are needed.
The BEDA Open Doors initiative was started in March last year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was initiated by BEDA President Päivi Tahkokallio as a means of connecting members on a regular basis to share and exchange views and experience with regard to mitigating the negative impacts of the COVID19 crisis.
Since then, the fortnightly discussions have continued to evolve. More recently, attention has been given to key policy issues relevant to Europe’s design industries and design communities. The current focus is very much on the opportunity represented by the New European Bauhaus and the valuable contributions of members have supported BEDA in its on-going meetings with the NEB team at the Commission.
Join the meeting via Zoom at BEDA Open Doors Dialogues – BEDA.
