2015 China International Design Biennial for University Students will be started in December 2015 in Jinan city of Shandong province, China. China International Design Biennial for University Students is dedicated to establishing a platform for the world’s university students to show their creative ideas and designs as well as exchange their opinions and thoughts.

China International Design Biennial for University Students is dedicated to establishing a platform for the world’s university students to show their creative ideas and designs as well as exchange their opinions and thoughts, the Biennial is held every two years, aiming to exhibit and promote the design achievements of contemporary university students, advocate the system thinking, process design and problem solving, encourage the expression on originality and localization, discover design research issues with economic application values and awareness of social responsibility, explore the design exchanges and cooperation among countries at the background of different cultures and languages, also push the design development and development of design education.

University students of related majors in higher education institutions at home and abroad are welcomed to submit.

Design works related to industry integration, social responsibility, propagandizing& popularizing and traditional handicraft innovations are all permitted to apply. No restrictions on content and theme, and specific categories are as follows:

Note: this category of submitted works emphasize on the trans-boundary integration of design and agriculture, equipment manufacturing industry, consumer goods industry, building industry, information trade, tourist industry and other business fields, also pay attention to the design’s innovative value, economic value and application& promotion value in different forms of industries; no restrictions on major categories.
B /Designs of Social Responsibility
