President of Cumulus Luisa Collina and Mariano Alesandro, Head of Future Thinking and Technology of INDEX signed the agreement on behalf of the two organisations.
Demonstration Workshop in Design to Improve Life Learning led be INDEX in Paris
Head of future Thinking and Technology Mariano Alesandro run a short hands-on workshop with focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Attendees got to know the structure of the design based innovation tool The Compass, and experienced some of the basic techniques and their teaching and learning effects. INDEX developed the Compass in a co-creation process with 26 partners from universities and K-12 education in Denmark and Sweden. More than 50.000 teachers and students around the world use the Compass as a method for developing sustainable solutions to global challenges.

The group worked with design-based methods to address local and relevant implications of challenges, related to SDG 12 ”Responsible production and consumption”.
